We would like to introduce a case where we provide our data personnel on-site service to Mori Building Co., Ltd., which has the corporate philosophy of "Creating cities and nurturing cities." At the company, data from various business areas was stored in different formats, and it was necessary to organize the data to make it "visible" for integration and utilization. However, it was not realistic for employees to handle this alone. As a result of the on-site members promoting data integration and visualization, a habit of viewing BI has emerged even in departments that primarily do not handle data, making cross-departmental initiatives easier to advance.
